Filling principle of filling packing machine

Filling principle of filling packing machine
Atmospheric filling
Atmospheric filling is also called pure gravity method, that is, under atmospheric pressure, liquid material flows into the product container by self weight. Most of them can flow freely. The liquid and non liquid materials can be filled with this method, such as Baijiu, fruit wine, milk, soy sauce, vinegar and so on.
Equal pressure filling
Equal pressure method is also called pressure gravity filling method. In the condition of higher than atmospheric pressure, the packing container is inflated to form the same pressure as the liquid tank, and then flows into the packing container by the weight of the liquid filled material. This method is widely used in filling gas containing drinks, such as beer, soda, steam wine, etc. The method can reduce the loss of CO2 in this kind of product, and prevent the excessive foaming in the filling process, which will affect the quality and quantitative accuracy of the product.
Vacuum filling
Vacuum method is to fill under the condition of lower than atmospheric pressure, that is, the liquid tank is at atmospheric pressure, only the packaging container is pumped to form vacuum, and the liquid material depends on the liquid storage tank and the container to be filled
