Working principle of packaging machine

When the bag weight reaches the set amount, the sensor sends a signal to the microcomputer, and the solenoid valve controls the cylinder to start by closing the discharge nozzle to stop filling. At the same time, the bag presser pulls in by the signal of the sensor, the bag presser is released, and the weaving bag is inclined to fall off the bag.

The entire filling process is controlled by electrical integration. In addition to manual insertion of the bag, opening and closing of the bag presser and discharge nozzle, powder filling, weighing and bag dropping can be automatically completed.
