What to do if the light vibration of the vibratory feeder does not feed

1. Too much feed
If too much material is fed, the material will not be transported in time, it will accumulate in the machine base, the operation will not be smooth, and the material will not get stuck under the outlet. In this case, the materials should be cleaned up in time to maintain stable and even feeding.
 2. The material is wet and sticky
The operation of the material is also related to the nature of the material itself. The material has too large water content, high viscosity, poor fluidity, and the material is easy to agglomerate, resulting in slow or no feeding.
3. The equipment gap is blocked
If the remaining material is not cleaned up in time, the material enters the equipment gap, which will affect the vibration of the feeder, and then affect the feeding.
4. The slope of the chute is not enough
When the material moves to the discharge port, the chute needs a certain angle to allow the material to slide down. The angle is not enough, and the material will stop moving when the friction between the material and the bottom liner is large.
5. Insufficient excitation force of vibration motor
The vibrating feeder relies on a vibration motor or a vibration exciter to provide vibration force, which is transmitted to the material to make the material run. When the excitation force of the motor is not enough, the material does not move. Adjust the angle of the eccentric block to increase the excitation force.
6. The included angles of the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibration motor are inconsistent
The positions and angles of the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibration motor need to be consistent, and their percentage settings must be equal, otherwise it will generate a wrong exciting force and cause the material to not move in the expected direction.
7. Damage to the exciter
Some equipment uses a vibration motor, and some equipment is equipped with a vibration exciter. When the excitation force provided by the exciter is small, check where the exciter has problems. Under normal circumstances, it may be that the thyristor of the exciter has been broken down by voltage and current, and the thyristor needs to be replaced.
8. Damaged spring plate and connecting fork
When working, people often ignore our feeding situation. The load of the silo is directly pressed on the feeding trough. After a long time, the spring plate and the connecting fork are easy to break.
9. Loose bolts
Loose bolts cause the overall equipment to be unbalanced, and the chute cannot reach the set amplitude, which affects the feeding. In this case, you need to adjust the components, check the spring plate compression bolt of the machine, and adjust its pressure to an appropriate level.
10. Damage to eccentric bearing
As the use time of the equipment increases, the left and right weights of the materials are different, which will give greater axial force to the two large-mass exciter eccentric shafts mounted on the bearings, and the bearing holes will become larger after repeated influences. , The two eccentric shafts are not the same concentrically, and the vibration direction is inconsistent, which will affect the direction of material movement.
If your vibrating feeder also has the problem of light vibration and no feeding, don’t panic, you can check one by one according to the above ten, solve the problem in time, resume production, and ensure production efficiency.
